LEAD Operations Advisory was founded on a conviction: that the best operational advice comes from people who have actually run operations.

LEAD Operations Advisory is led by Cedric Harris, an operations executive and doctoral candidate in Global Leadership and Management at Capella University. The firm exists at the intersection of two disciplines Cedric has spent his career bridging: the day-to-day rigor of running multi-location operations and the evidence-based research methodology of doctoral-level inquiry.

Before launching the firm, Cedric led fleet, logistics, and multi-site operations functions, where he documented sustained cost savings, throughput improvements, and team-performance gains. He holds a BBA in Accounting and is completing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) in Global Leadership and Management.
